Hands down best Korean-Mexican fusion truck ever. I have been coming to this truck for years and I always bring people from out of town to come try kogi because it is that good. I absolutely love their short rib tacos but the best thing ever is their Pac-Man quesadilla!! Literally all their meats in a quesadilla with various kogi sauces. This is one of the best places for fusion cuisine and the ambiance is great since it's a taco truck! Service here is good and fast so you'll never be disappointed. Don't miss out on trying this truck. It's so yummy.

is it just me or am I the only one that associate Kogi BBQ truck as one of the OG's food truck out there? Not my first rodeo but first time reviewing it. It's long overdue! But I guess you can call it fate when we saw the Kogi BBQ truck at the Jackalope Festival at Pasadena this past weekend. I ordered and enjoyed the short rib burrito! For the price and the portion and the flavor - come on, it's so worth it! Definitely recommend the short rib burrito! Delicious and satisfying. I love the combination of the rice, kimchi, and meat all rolled up in a burrito! Yum! I can't wait until we meet again!

Man I miss Kogi Truck when it was cracking back then around 2012ish.. there was a truck at the SMC campus during lunch and I'd get their short rib burrito every single time, every day and it seemed like there were lot more trucks in various locations. Fast forward and they do have a schedule of their trucks and where they are, but it's not as often nor are they close to me. I tried their short rib burrito after a decade - the taste is still pretty much the same which is a good thing. Don't forget their sauce!! I'd recommend sticking to the burrito if it's your first time (and for subsequent visits youll probably stick to it as i have). Their tacos are a bit pricy for what you get, and their other options I haven't tried so I can't comment on them but since it's Roy's truck, I'm sure they all slap. It's a food truck so service is quick takeaway, take order, prepare food, and take it to go. Not much of an ambiance as again it's a food truck. You know what you're going there for and what you'll get. They do have an actual brick and mortar spot according to their site but I have yet to go there.

This place is unreal. And for the price you can't beat it. The short rib is marinated beyond perfection in a Korean galbi sauce. I always get the Pac-Man quesadilla which comes with chicken, pork and short rib meat and 3 sauces which elevate your tastebuds to nirvana. The wings are ok but everything else is a home run. If you're a desert person get there early because they sell out fast of their chocolate tres leches cake which I have yet to try. Parking sucks as this is a taco truck but service is pretty fast.

I've been to the truck many times and today they were parked in front of the Ueberroth building at UCLA (on the west side of Le Conte & Westwood Blvd). The line wasn't too bad for lunch on a Thursday but the wait for your food can take 15 minutes. The popular things I heard being ordered were the short rib tacos and the short rib burrito. My go to is the burrito and it is still delicious. So much Korean bbq flavor! It was large and stuffed with the short rib goodness, scrambled eggs, diced potatoes and a little cheese. Sounds like a breakfast burrito doesn't it? With a side of kimchi, my lunch was perfect. One of the few trucks I would consider a favorite. If you see it, don't second guess yourself. Get the burrito or a taco at the very least!

I finally got a chance to try the legendary Kogi truck this last weekend at the Dodger's Stadium, and it was pretty great. Kogi is a korean fusion taco truck, the type of thing you really would only find in LA. Starting about 15 years ago, Kogi has spread across greater LA and has gone through the whole hype life cycle. Few trucks, or any restaurants, have had the impact Kogi has. The food is solid. I was only able to try the short rib tacos at the event I was at, but they were real winners, with the delicious classic Kogi sauce and awesome short rib. I still would like to try the tofu taco at some point. Kogi trucks move all over LA in a set schedule, so odds are good there is one near you at one point or another. Service was pretty fast. At the very least, its worth trying to see if you enjoy it - I sure did.

Can't get enough of this food truck. I remember when they first opened over a decade ago and I was so stoked to go every time they were nearby! My friends at the time would rave about it and I can see why. My absolute go to no matter what is the Blackjack Quesadilla with extra sauce on the side. The sauce for that is AMAZING. It has that nice citrus flavor. Super delicious and they always load up the quesadilla with a ton of meat. I used to get the spicy pork burrito but it's always too much for me. My bf got it and thought it was way better than their Pac-Man burger! We came by again tonight after not having it for a few months and this one is actually one of their normal spots in NoHo along Magnolia in front of the park. The worker tonight was super nice. The food came out super quick so we weren't freezing out! Nowhere to sit but we planned to take it home anyway (which was awful because it was right around rush hour). Luckily there's a ton of open space along Magnolia so you can park right in front or behind the truck. Definitely recommend trying this food truck if you're looking for a good Korean Mexican fusion. Can't go wrong with kbbq tacos and burritos!! IG: @ammysalamii

The Kogi BBQ truck has been a go-to of mine in LA since I moved here 12 years ago. Back then, I used to chase it all over town and would wait on a giant line to get my Kogi faves. While the foot truck mania has calmed down in recent years, Kogi is still a crowd pleaser. Over the years, I've had pretty much everything on the menu and trust me when I say it's all good. I love the spicy pork and chicken tacos, the Kogi Dog, the Kogi Kimchi Quesadilla, and the Kogi Sliders. The Sriracha Bar is a great dessert, too!
